Here you can take a look at a recent fence we built here in Cwmbran. It is simply made to measure feather edge fencing. We use 4 x 4 posts set at the correct depth, using rapid set concrete, 3x 2 rails and standard feather edge boards. Of course all of this timber is fully treated fencing product. We would recommend that it is treated with an oil based preserve every couple if years or so to keep it in great condition. We have also fixed a 4x1 top frame on this fence, which gives it a smart finishing touch.
The customer wanted the fence to be level rather than to follow the slope of the ground. The area of the ground will benefit from some planting, perhaps some colourful spring bulbs. Our customer was really happy with the job and you can read the review she left for us below.
