Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2025

What type of information do we collect?

We collect both personal and non-personal information when you use our website:

  • Personal information: such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and payment details when you complete a form, make a purchase, or contact us.

  • Technical information: such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and session data (e.g. pages visited, time spent on the site).

  • Cookies and tracking: small data files placed on your device to help the site function and to analyse performance.

How do we collect information?

We collect information when you:

  • Complete a form or make a purchase on our site.

  • Subscribe to a mailing list (if available).

  • Interact with our website (through cookies and analytics tools).

  • Contact us directly by email, phone, or post.

Why do we collect your information?

We process your data under the following lawful bases set out in the UK GDPR:

  • Contract: to provide you with services you request (e.g. to complete a purchase or respond to an enquiry).

  • Consent: when you choose to receive marketing communications or accept non-essential cookies.

  • Legal obligation: to comply with UK tax and accounting laws.

  • Legitimate interests: to improve our website, services, and customer support.

How do we store, use, and share your information?

  • Our website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. They provide us with the online platform to operate our site and services. Your data may be stored securely on Wix servers, behind firewalls, and processed according to Wix’s own privacy policy.

  • If you make a payment through Wix’s payment gateways, these are processed securely under PCI-DSS standards.

  • We also use Google Search Console and related Google services for performance monitoring. These services may collect anonymised data through cookies.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Data is only shared with trusted service providers as required to operate our business.

Data retention

  • Enquiry emails and form submissions: kept for up to 12 months if no ongoing contact is expected, then securely deleted.

  • Customer transaction and payment data: kept for 6 years to comply with HMRC and UK accounting law.

  • Marketing contacts / blog updates: kept for as long as you may reasonably contact them under the soft opt-in rule. All recipients are provided a clear unsubscribe option in each communication. Once someone unsubscribes, their data is deleted or moved to a “do not contact” list.

  • Website analytics data (Google / Wix): stored according to their policies, typically 14–26 months.

How do we use cookies?

We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies: required for the site to function (cannot be declined).

  • Analytics cookies: to measure and improve performance (only set if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner).

  • Functional/Marketing cookies: if used by Wix apps or integrations (only set if you accept them).

You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the banner or your browser settings.
